"job_summary": "We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Global Export Manager to spearhead our international expansion and establish strategic partnerships worldwide. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing robust sales channels, and securing exclusive agreements to distribute our innovative prefabricated buildings, modular homes, and container products.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Area export strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets.Cultivate and manage relationships with potential strategic partners, distributors. Negotiate and finalize exclusive partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Export office and marketing office) to ensure seamless execution of international orders.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Provide regular reports on export performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications requested: 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.",
Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in international sales and export management, specifically within the prefabricated building, modular construction, or container sectors.
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing international distribution networks and exclusive partnerships. Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding international sales targets. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable. Ability to travel extensively internationally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team."
